Quarterly Revenue
Amazon’s steady growth in revenue from 2007 up to quarter two in 2014 is nicely illustrated in the graph below. In Q4 2013, the eCommerce giant generated a total revenue of $25.59 bn, up from $21.27 bn in Q4 of the previous year. It is expected to rise again in Q4 of 2014, as forecasters predict a record year for eCommerce.

Amazon has strong global appeal as shown in the bar chart below with 79% of UK internet users accessing Amazon via its websites or app in Q2 of 2014. Other strong markets include Germany and US with 75% and 72% of internet uses accessing the site respectively.
